Book number nineteen is underway!

Crikey, it's February already! Though I must admit I'm glad to see the back of January. What have you all been up to? Hopefully, you're all sticking to those New Year resolutions.

As the weeks tick by I'm getting rather excited. Not just for the return of lighter, warmer days, but because the Isle of Man will soon welcome back the iconic TT Races after a Covid-related absence. As many of you know, my series Frank & Stan's Bucket List features Frank and Stan sponsoring a race team and getting themselves into all sorts of mischief along the way. Are many of you travelling over for this year's TT Races? If so, It'd be nice to bump into a few of you.

Anyway, book number eighteen is finished and is presently with my editor, having a spit and polish ahead of its release date at the end of March. You can pre-order the kindle version by clicking the book cover below:

I mentioned previously that I had a few ideas for my next book. I do agonise about what to write next as it's such an important decision. In practical terms, it takes me about three months to write a book and then another two months to go through the editing process. So, as you can imagine, it's a significant amount of time to invest. I also need to factor in whether people are likely to buy the thing when it's finally released. And as I'm self-published (which I adore) I'm responsible for designing book covers, advertising and anything else you can think about. So, plenty to keep me busy, and I'm certainly not complaining - I love my job. Being an author is the most interesting job title I could wish for.

Anyway, book number nineteen. I've had an idea for a camping inspired book for a long time. So, now is the time to get it written. The title of the next book is: Life's a Pitch.

I only started the book on the 11th of Jan and I'm already on chapter seven, which is remarkable progress for me. Similar to the theme of my other books, it's a feel-good, uplifting book that will put a huge cheesy grin on your face.

I've attached a copy of the new book cover for you. If you click it, it'll take you to my website where you can view all of my other books.

I hope you're all keeping well and if you want to say hello, please do so.
